Warranty Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a payment of 50% of the invoice at the time of confirmation by the customer. We accept Interac transfer, debit card, bank transfer and online bill payment (Desjardins, RBC, National Bank).

Cancellation policy – ​​rooms

Due to our small size, cancellations have significant negative repercussions. Consequently, our policy is strict because a last minute cancellation leaves us little time to re-let the room or the studio. Once you arrive at the residences: whether it is a cancellation or a reduction in the duration of your stay, the balance of your original reservation will be required before your departure.

A) Stay of 2 to 6 nights

  • 72 hours or more before the arrival date: The deposit is refunded in full
  • Less than 72 hours before the arrival date: Non-refundable deposit, no modification possible to the dates of stay.

B) Stay exceeding 7 nights

Your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival. However, a cancellation received less than 13 days prior to the arrival date entails the loss of the deposit. No refund will be possible, once the cancellation period has begun, whether it is a complete cancellation or a shortened stay.
