Phone

The phones in the corridors are the property of the residences, it is forbidden to stick or put anything on it.  To make a call, dial 9 followed by the 10-digit phone number.  Long distance calls can only be made using a calling card.

Laundry room

In each building, you will find on the ground floor a laundry room.  The cost for each appliance use is $ 1.50 for washing and $ 1.50 for drying.  An iron and ironing board are available for free at the rental desk.

Lockers

Storage spaces are available in each building.  If you want one, you must apply to the rental office.  The use of these spaces is shared and availability is limited.  It is free from september to april and fees apply during the summer period.

Mail and parcel

Mail boxes are available in the main entrance of building G.  Each apartment has a postal box. One key per apartment will be given to you and you must give it back at the end of your lease.

If you want parcel or letters to be delivered to your postal box, it is very important that the number of the apartment be registered otherwise the mail will be returned to the sender by Canada Post
