UQAT Residences

If you would like to rent a parking space at the residences, you can purchase a parking permit at the front desk of the campus library.

We remind you that we do not manage parking the lot, nor do we sell parking rights. The tickets and fines are given by city agents. If you have any compaints of want to contest a ticket or fine, please contact the city hall.

If you would like to rent a parking space at the residences, you can purchase a parking permit at our rental office in building A.

We have 23 parking spaces in each building. Limited quantity. First arrived, first served.

The parking permits rate is 25$ per month.

In winter : the snow will be removed from the parking lots every in the mornings at arount 10 o'clock. Be aware that we are not responsible for the damages that can be cause on your car if your omit to remove your car from the parking lot before the intervention.

A word of advice : keep a shovel in your car, because in the event of a storm, you may need to shovel to get in or out of your parking space.
