ARRIVAL

Our student residences are located in two distinct areas of the city.

The UQAT campus residences are located on the left when your enter the UQAT/CÉGEP campus in Val-d'Or.

CAMPUS : 643-651 1st avenue, Val-d'Or, QC, J9P 1H3.

CITÉ ÉTUDIANTE RESIDENCES : 1751, 731, 711, blv. des Pins, Val-d'Or, QC, J9P 0N7.

• For tenants who have signed a lease with us, you will receive an email to present the roomates of your future residence and asking for your exact date of arrival in Val-d'Or. Based on your confirmed date, we will send you arrival instructions by e-mail, approximately 7 days before your arrival at the residence.

DEPARTURE

The inspection of the premises is carried out in the presence of the student. During this inspection, all rooms of the apartment are checked. This is why all roommates must pitch in. A few touch‑ups may be requested by the inspector. The inspector will have the necessary products on hand to make the job easier for you.
