Whether or not you have anything to report in your room and/or apartment, it is important that you submit this form to us no later than 10 days after taking possession of the premises.

Upon your departure, an inspection of your room and/or apartment will be carried out and we will verify any damage using this form; this will enable us to bill you fairly for any breakages. What's more, upon your departure, your initial deposit  may be withheld in whole or in part, if the inspection reveals irregularities that were not present at the time of your arrival.

All these seemingly insignificant details will come in handy when the time comes, because they protect you and help maintain harmonious relations.  Please keep a copy for your records.

Mattress cover?
There is a blue mattress cover.
Please note any major damage to your room. Disregard normal wear and tear (e.g. worn/stained drawers).
If you live in a 6 1/2 apartment, please specify whether this is the bathroom or the powder room.
